“Once told to enter the house via Cape StIt was easy to find. Had 3 adults and 5 kids and house suited a large group. Bedding and beds comfortable. Arcade game a hit with the kids. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised when we entered. It was clean and had a large, open living and dining area. The shower head was lovely and big (great pressure) however, the bathroom was a little dated. The main bedroom was lovely and bright however, the other room had no windows to open and it was a very hot day (over 45 degrees), the powerpoints didn't work in that room either. “On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry”

“Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. ”

“From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. ”
