We complained and they said they would send a maid but they never did. The tv remote didn’t work but they gave us new batteries instantly. We wanted to open the window because of the dust but it was jammed. They called a repairman immediately and it was fixed . Each level has one washing machine but you can only use the washing machine on...

“Very clean stylish apartment with everything you need including location right on Darby street with a multitude of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Harris Farms down the road for all your supplies if you feel like cooking. Room had a view over Darby street and security at night for access. I would definitely recommend a stay here”

“The room was very clean, as were the items inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I didn't like was the charge for requesting the crib for the baby. I think it's a basic and essential item to request when you inform them you'll be traveling with a baby, and it shouldn't be charged for. But oh well.”

“Great location in Newcastle across the road from the old train station. Parking is available on the property if you let them know in advance & for an additional fee. Great service from friendly staff. They contacted us after checkout about a phone charger that was left in the apartment & express posted it back to us. Recommend this property & would definitely stay again next time we are in Newcastle.”
