“I stayed here with friends for a girls getaway weekend and it was perfect! We enjoyed the front porch and large back yard as well as the fire pit. The house was well stocked and the owners thought of many extra things like white noise machines in the bedrooms because of the creaking floors. The kitchen had a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig (with K-cups provided). And, in addition to amenities in the bathrooms, they also had many travel size amenities available if you forgot something....

“We stayed here with 4 adults & 6 kids over a long weekend. We had a wonderful overall stay.-Check-in/communication with hosts was very easy. Hosts provided all linens, towels, hot-tub towels, soaps, bath products, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This was fantastic!-Views were terrific. Area is quiet and peaceful but close to outdoor activities such as hiking and the Harper’s Ferry National Historic Park.-Outdoor spaces including the garage game room were wonderful. “We had a fantastic stay at the property. The home is very charming and the pool is great. The location was also really nice. Close to wineries and hiking. Two points of feedback are that the dishes were visibly dirty upon arrival and all of the mattresses need to be replaced. Everyone in the group slept poorly and noted that the mattresses were uncomfortable. The master bedroom should likely also have a larger bed.”

“This mountain house is absolute beauty! It is beyond gorgeous. The view is spectacular, the sunset is breathtaking. You have a 180 degrees view of West VA. The house itself is stunning, plenty of rooms to move around with our group of 15. We enjoyed the jacuzzi while admiring the beautiful sunset. The kids had fun roasting marshmallows while Eagles are flying up above them. Thank you for sharing this Eagle’s Nest home. 😊”
