“Great stay! House is huge with lots of fun games and things to stay entertained. Loads of bedrooms, bathrooms, and plenty of space to hang out. The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with dishes, bake wear, appliances, gadgets, etc. We were able to make a full Thanksgiving feast without a problem! Views are great. Hosts are communicative, helpful, and understanding. Expectations are clear. We would definitely stay again! ”

“We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to this home. It is so beautiful and smells so new and clean. It had every amenity we could have needed and so much more. We loved the breathtaking views, sunrises, sunsets, game room, hot tub, and the proximity to all the nearby activities. During our stay we visited the Luray Caverns, took a raft down the Shenandoah River, hiked, biked, made an eventful day trip to Washington DC, and so much more. “Joe Walker Hollow is a relaxing lodge with numerous features that appeal to everyone. After spending 5 days here, it has become a must-stay when in the area. Our group of 8 was attending finals at the Virginia Horse Center. While the 30-minute drive felt long at first, it was easy to commute and the lodge offered a well-needed relaxing environment after a day of horse riding.”

“We had a very nice stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Would suggest not using the small area rugs. They slide too easily and can be dangerous.”
