“First Rate hotel & Staff.”

“Everything good and the personal, only the bathroom the tile looks like will fall so becareful; besides that good thanks”

“The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance.”

“I did love the room shower and restroom pretty basic but excellent and the bed was great and everything clean thank you.”

“The rooms are clean and are comfortable. It is more like a 3 star environment but well maintained. The Staff and the Owner very kind, cheerful, very accommodating and give excellent service. The only disappointing thing was their internet service is absolutely dismal. They did accommodate by providing a wifi booster to the room even with that the Wifi was very patchy and not really able to do business on one's laptop. Our stay was comfortable. It is a safe environment as it is in a...

“amazing staff.”

“We had a great experience at Club Samal. The resort is clean and well maintained, and you can always see the hardworking staff cleaning and taking care of the property. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were also well maintained and enjoyable. Club Samal is currently expanding and repairing some facilities, which shows they are continuing to improve the resort for their guests. Even with the ongoing improvements, our stay was...

“Clean rooms and very good food ”

“I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door. The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...

“Amazing breakfast. Wonderful staff”

“Everything was sooo perfect! Staff, breakfast, gym, pool, and amazing beds and bedding. Don't miss out on the lounge offer. For 2500 pesos you have the breakfast buffet, the tea and snacks in the afternoon and cocktails at night. Can't beat that! I'll definitely come back there”

“Great location. Very central. The room is clean the only issue is mosquitoes so bring some repellent like Lavender Room Spray or a Zapper. Love the cacao hot chocolate every morning. Since I have some dietary restrictions I could only enjoy the eggs and a few served breakfast but I am fine with it as it was expected. The ladies are very welcoming and the staff are helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay at this place. Thank you 🙏”

“Great”

“設備全体が新しいので綺麗です。エアコンが日本製で静か、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ます。ヘアドライヤーもあって便利です。広さは日本のビジネスホテルと同じ感じです。朝食が無いのが残念だけど、すぐ近くのファーストフードで済ませることができます。”
