“Couldn't get into the property. Had to call and text. The screen door was locked. Finally got in.Every trash can in the place had trash in it when we arrived.The floors had been swept centrally but not in the corners.The front door was a joke. Has to be shut and locked to keep it closed. The blind on the door has broken slats so anyone walking on the porch can see in. There is a huge water stain on the ceiling of the second bedroom. The furniture is poor thrift store quality. I DO NOT...

“This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.”

“Host was pretty responsive and kind. We did have some issues with double booking, but the host fixed it. The main issue we had wasn’t with the home or host. The VRBO displayed the incorrect address and it took us an hour out of our way. The home itself was clean. They had a lot of kitchen supplies and equipment. The garage area was very neat. It does need one more working heater. The blackstone needs a good cleaning. The darts were broken. So some amenities need some TLC. The location was...
