“This property is great for pets, located in a very nice neighborhood with a good park close by for walks. Also close to downtown, the train station and a shopping center with a grocery store, CVS, etc. Beds are comfortable, good pillows, quiet area. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, cutlery, glassware, well equipped (only missing an ice cream scoop ! ). The fenced front yard with "fake" grass worked well for our dogs. “The was a quaint (267 sq ft) unit within a block of the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and the fire pit was nice in the cool mornings and evenings. I booked through Expedia, not VRBO, and had disconnects with the host. I attempted to cancel my reservation on two occasions outside of the 2-week, non-refundable period listed on Expedia (and my receipt).
