“Lovely clean modern hotel .the staff were all so friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.No lifts at this hotel so if your not good with stairs best not to choose this hotel and Points to improve on were that a few things in the room were broken like the chair and a few snagging issues like a flickering light in the bathroom . Would I stay again , yes for sure”

“The room was lovely and spacious with places to relax. We loved the pool and the spa tub and the gym is well equipped. We ate at the hotel at night and the food was delicious, reasonably priced and service from all the staff was excellent too, we'll be back!”

“Rooms clean friendly staff nearby shops and restaurants. Looks a little run down in areas and could do with a bit of maintenance. Used facilities and bar in adjacent hotel that was internally linked as the diner and bar in our side was shut. Lovely cooked breakfast reasonably priced . Don’t worry about the weird noises the lift makes when reaching top floor bounces a bit on arrival. Bath takes a while to fill hot water fine but cold a little low on pressure. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we came in. The rooms were good, there just was a couple of issues. The T.V in my room didn’t work on the first day we were there, but they fixed it the next day. The TV in my dad’s room didn’t work and that wasn’t fixed, a long With a light in the bathroom which also didn’t work for the duration of the stay. The breakfast was really nice, though there was cereals, yoghurt, toast and croissants along with juice and then no is the option...

“Room was tidy and clean but bathroom door wouldn’t shut and shower door cannot be closed completely. Shower head was not secured properly.There was not enough towels or toilet rolls. The hotel didn’t supply fresh drinking water. Parking was very difficult to find a slot. Contact number given on website was never answered despite calls to update plan a week advance about arrival time but they replied by message on Expedia. Overall 2/5 rating..”

“We had a lovely stay, breakfast was amazing!! The only thing we can fault is the bed, it was so hard and uncomfortable that we felt bruised and battered the next morning! Would of definitely stayed another night if it hadn’t of been so uncomfortable as the weather picked up on the day we were leaving ”

“The room had a great seafront view and was fine for a single nights stopover. The bathroom floor could have done with a bit of a mop and the mattress was very uncomfortable as it was sloping. Overall I was not unhappy with the hotel and would use it again”
