“We had a nice day until we reach this place and wanted to check in. The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. Dealing with a loss with a family doesn't give you the right to treat your guests bad.”

“Fantastic motel, easy parking, quick check in and short walk to great fish and chip shop. Even though they were super busy the rooms are super quiet and spacious with no outside noise heard. Well set out with air fryer, fry pan and microwave so you reheat and eat in your room. ”

“The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). ”

“I booked this for a friend from overseas who was travelling to Northern Queensland to meet up with her son. She said the condition of the room was totally unacceptable. Apparently the proprietor offered her an alternative room which was equally grubby, so she did not stay and found another Hotel.”

The location is excellent for NQ Cowboys supporters who are attending home games at Qld Country Bank Stadium as well as right next door to the Cowboys Club. This is going to be my regular hotel to stay when attending Cowboys home games.”

“Solo llegar te explican y te enseñan cada lugar, cosa que se agradece, los chicos de recepción super majos ayudando en todo lo necesario y además a valorar con baño y nevera dentro de la habitación y todo limpio. También hay servicio gratuito hacía el puerto y la parada del bus Greyhound. Como mejora diría que necesitan invertir en nuevas paellas para cocinar😜”

“We were disappointed when we arrived and learnt our room was not even on the Main Street that faces the marina. We were off the back street, obviously next to permanent residents. Our room was smelly, with old and damaged furniture. The pictures on Expedia are misleading as we had no view, we had old damaged furniture, and we were off the back road and nowhere Palmer Street. ”

“Friendly staff, a nice pool area, and on-site parking available. Unfortunately, my bed sheets had stains, the shower in my room had no hot water and was only lukewarm, and the hotel is very noisy with thin walls.”
