“The house was excellent for visiting the Co-op Live arena, 15 minutes walk max. The house itself was a little lacking, it was old and could do with an upgrade. The ceiling lights upstairs didn't work which was dangerous as the stairs were very steep. I don't think very good for older people or families. There was no table to sit at to eat and no chairs just the bed settees which were very low. I wouldn't have liked to be there for more than the one night”

“I kept calling the owner to ask if everything was good over the span of a month and when the day came to go to the house the owner said he had double booked. So me and my friends had to pay extra to book somewhere else. Highly unreliable”

“Wonderful new build. Hard to locate as we were looking for the street name and went by the gate about three times. Once in we didn’t want to leave. Very comfortable, clean and quiet.”

“We were heading to the Anfield stadium for a concert so the location could not have been more ideal. Beds were comfortable, the unit was clean enough, but the bathroom was tough for 5 of us. No real door, smaller than small, low water pressure in shower. Otherwise it was great.”

“The location was amazing for anyone going to visit Goodison Park. It is literal steps away from the back of the Bullens stand. The unit was nice, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. There were no instructions that came with the unit so we couldn't figure out how to run the central heat and had to rely on the space heaters. We also couldn't figure out how to lock the doors (lift up on the handle while turning the key!) and had trouble finding the wifi code. A simple instruction sheet...

“The house wasnt cleaned, big balls of lint on the floor and we had to change all the sheets ourselves and put a lot of rubbish in the bin. There was no heating either so the house was freezing and the owner ignored all messages asking to turn it on remotely. It was a nice house but the issues with cleanliness and the heating ruined it.”

“The house is beautifully decorated and has all the mod-cons you could need. The living area was spacious and there was plenty of seating for 4 adults and a child. There is also a nice desk area that my daughter enjoyed doing her drawings. The Wifi was strong throughout the house and was good enough to stream on multiple devices at the same time. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The fridge stocked with milk and butter, and the coffee machine was stocked with capsules which was a lovely...

“Ideal location to visit Blackpool, without stopping in Blackpool, Property had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. Host had left a lovely welcome hamper. Lythem St Anne’s is a lovely town, with plenty of options to eat at.”

“Property well located for access to Anfield and Goodison. Guaranteed street parking on match day is nice (well, permit). It is multilevel so be aware of that (and the stairs were a bit steep for my 80 yr old mom ,but she managed). Only thing we would have liked flto see different was the heat to be turned on the day we were arriving since the house was quite cold and took til the morning to warm up (we arrived at night). But would recommend to friends.”

“The accommodation was very clean and modern-looking. Its situation is ideal, very quiet yet handy for Sainsburys, the restaurants of Didsbury and the many parks in the area and away from the busy main road into Manchester. The kitchen/diner/living space was on the small side for a family of 3 boisterous children.but they enjoyed themselves nevertheless. ”
