On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



This bright, open-concept 500 sq ft studio flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with the direct Gulf view drawing your eye straight to the screened 8th floor lanai.



The living area is simply and comfortably furnished with a sofa and a large flat screen TV with cable, with full glass sliding doors opening onto the screened lanai — where a bistro table for two and a direct Gulf of Mexico view make it the best seat in the studio.



The sleeping area features two full-size beds, each made up with resort-quality linens, with a view of the living area TV from the beds — great for lazy mornings. The walk-in closet includes a make-up vanity with a chair, a practical and thoughtful touch that's rare in a studio.



The newly remodeled bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head — a genuine spa-style upgrade that elevates the entire feel of the unit.



The kitchen is fully equipped for easy vacation cooking — refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and small appliances — with a pub-height table and seating for 4 adding a fun, casual dining feel.
