La chambre était impeccable, cuisine toute equipée (appars qu’il n’y avait pas de sel, poivre et filtres à café), piscine tres chaude et propre, vue spectaculaire et plage à quelques minutes à pieds.

Convenient Condo

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and suited our needs. Coffee out on the table was fantastic. It was also nice to have 2 beds. Our only issue was the wifi not being strong. The TV works well and has cable but it's not digital, so no streaming.

Bonita beach and tennis

The condo was well stocked. Even had beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels. The unit had nice furniture , plenty of towels. We had a great view of the ocean, it was just across the street. Many things close by to venture out to see. My son got married on the beach, it was beautiful. Really nice area.

A Great Place near the beach

I really recomend this apartment: it overviews the sea, it has a great balcony where I spent my afternoons with the view of the sunset. A great plus: the owners let me use their bikes. Bonita Beach is a magnificent place for this activity. Besides these bonuses, it goes for a great price!

Great view & near beach

Mom with two kids needing an easy beach access and peace. This condo was furnished to calm you and keep you organizrd/tidy with fun changing closets (and hangers) that my kids loved.. The style and furnishings were well chosen aesthetically. Bravo! I greatly appreciated two queen beds and wonderful balcony/lanai facing the sunset. The kitchen was well furnished except for a functioning peeler and large baking pieces. Luckily we had brought cookie sheets. Thank you. My daughter wanted to stay forever.

Girls trip

We LOVED the condo!! It was perfect for me my daughter and friend! Wish more of them would do the 2 bed option. Perfect location for the beach and restaurant and gift shops! Beautiful view but to late in the year to see the sun set from the balcony. Pool was great! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!!

Relaxing Sunshine

This property was the perfect location for the price! My friends and I were looking for a place to stay that was economical and close to the beach. We got both with this condo. The condo has been completed updated and the kitchen had all of the necessities. I would highly recommend this condo as it is a walk across the street to the beach and has other amenities. I will be revisiting this property again when I am in the area!

Mother/ Daughter Vacation

We just got back from a mother/ daughter week in Bonita Springs. This was my 3rd time staying at The Beach and Tennis Club and first time in this unit. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. I really liked the fact that they had 2 separate beds. And of course the views from the lanai were beautiful. I highly recommend this unit.

Overall Great Stay!

This modern updated studio condo is a perfect getaway and the condo owner is an excellent communicator. This is ideal for a friend getaway as it has 2 double beds (note: both mattresses are in need of replacement.) The bathroom is an oasis. The ocean views from the living room are amazing. The location is fantastic! It is just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping & dining. The restaurant on property is incredible! Checking in and out was a breeze. We would consider staying here again.

Clean and Comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this condo in March. We selected this unit because it was updated, clean, had an ocean view, access to the beach, and pickle ball courts. Kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast, sandwiches, and the occasional dinner. I did buy bagged ice so as not to have to mess with filling ice trays. We only used the pool two times, and it was fine, we just preferred walking to the beach. It is across the street from Docs, and we did splurge a couple of days to rent their cots and umbrella instead of carrying beach chairs etc from the condo. The only complaint I have is my personal preference for 100% cotton sheets over any blend/poly. Other than that, we were very happy and satisfied with this condo.

Winter Get Away

The unit was very clean and comfortable with the exception of the sofa (which had seen better days). I already miss my morning view of the golf and there is nothing blocking the sunset except for the clouds in the sky. The building is maintained very well and the location is perfect. Durning our stay we did not have any issues, but did contact the management company a few times and both times we received a quick reply.

Great Vacation

The condo was cute, clean and quaint. Exactly what we needed for a week stay with our two kids. Laundry required quarters so getting a roll of them is a must. The pools are heated but shaded most of the day at this time of the year. Most residents time it just right to enjoy some sun on the pool deck. Beach was directly across the street which meant we did not need to find parking…huge plus! Lots of great restaurants in the area and walkable.
