    This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

    The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.

    A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

    A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

    A walk through the area of Bonita Shores gives an exotic feeling of life. In a few minutes you can also reach Doc's Beach House. This beach bar invites you for a cold drink and a tasty snack. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in an idyllic atmosphere surrounded by palm trees and the beach.

    Are you traveling with small children? Our cottage is very family friendly. You will find z. Two high chairs, a manoeuvrable stroller, a cot, some books and toys and a lot of sand toys for the beach. There will be property's services visits without prior notice (f.e. pool service, lawn service etc) including restrictions caused by service vehicles.

House was beautiful and clean. Pool area was perfect for the girls. Property was easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do. Marion was easy to work with and accommodated a request they didnt have to with grace and compassion. We really appreciate their ease of communication and would stay at one of their properties in the future if it works out in the future.

This lovely home is just as pictured. It was super clean, had everything you would need for vacation, and was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation for my husband and I. The pool was delightful and we used it multiple times throughout the day. The location was perfect, 2 miles to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach (our favorite). Near many good restaurants and shopping, and a short drive to Naples. I would highly recommend as the host was very friendly and attentive, but certainly not bothersome.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ganz süssen Nachbarschaft, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass wir zum Supermarkt, zu Restaurants und zu Cafés zu Fuss laufen konnten.Es ist total ruhig und erholsam am Pool.Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schonmal in Bonita Springs. Wirklich super hier, die Altstadt hat sich gemausert und ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp. Tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, wirklich schön zum Schlendern.Bonita Beach und Barefoot Beach gefallen uns besonders gut und sind nicht weit vom Ferienhaus. Tip: Besucht mal Doc's Beach House. Das ist ein Restaurant am Strand... besonders schön zum Sonnenuntergang. Urlaubsfeeling pur!Unser Fazit: Super Ferienhaus - wir kommen auf unserer nächsten Florida Reise auf jeden Fall wieder.

I stayed with my wife and two kids for a week. The house is located in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Bonita Springs. The host was responsive, the house was clean and as beautiful as the pictures depicted. The pool was very warm and the outdoor area by the pool was very nice! We spent most of our time outdoors lounging by the pool. The house has everything you need for a good beach day as well (chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys). If you are planning on cooking at the house there are no spices. FYI. We will 100% look to come back and stay again. Thank you Marion!

Best rental so far!We had the most amazing time in this tidy and very cute place.Best vacation rental experience we’ve had so far. Next time we’ll for sure book a longer stay.Tip: Check out Doc’s Beach House for a sunset when you’re there. It is just a few minutes away and pure bliss.

The location of this rental is perfect! So close to so many great beaches! We went to Bonita Beach most often, and also Delnor-Wiggins Beach. On a cooler day we went hiking at Lovers Key State Park. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The pool is well-maintained and a great temperature.We appreciated the generous amount of bath and beach towels, the beach chairs, the hand and dish soaps and the well-stocked kitchen. The clothes drying racks were great to have! Loved the charcoal grill!Great communication from Marion. Would definitely stay here again!
