BW should have advised that there would be no linen service to the rooms. I had to go to the front desk to find out this information. Also had to ask for towels. I understand they cannot have a hot breakfast. I expected a little more than one tiny apple, half pack of granola bar and bottle of water. I expected more from the most expensive hotel in the area. I could have stayed in a good hotel for much less cost. Disappointed.
