The location is great and check in was easy However, the apartment has some problems.. the front door shakes when anyone enters the building and insulation is poor so you hear every footstep or sound right into the living room kitchen. The bathroom is not well renovated.. the shower door doesn’t open fully so it hits the toilet seat and the air ventilator doesn’t ever turn off so you hear it making noise in the night. “This is a great apartment right in the heart of Bordeaux with a huge garage as an added bonus. Due to the age of the building it is a bit funky in the layout but in a charming way. The place is well appointed and comfortable.”

“L'appartement est conforme aux photos, avec deux chambres et un salon assez spacieux. Il répondait à nos besoins en tant que copines en retrouvailles ; un endroit confortable où dormir, pas trop loin du centre ville. Nous estimons que le prix est correct pour l'offre.
