“We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3”

“This is a hotel with traditional style and modern comfort. We had a week's holiday here participating in the Three Choirs Festival. The hotel made us very welcome even to the extend of presenting us with a welcome gift. It all added to a most enjoyable break with good food and drink, good company and excellent entertainment.
