“I LOVED this cabin! It was exactly the cabin feel I was going for on my solo mom-vacation. Instructions were simple and I had everything I needed. Perfect location, far off in the woods. The host wasn’t joking when she said you need 4WD - the dirt/gravel road is about 2 miles, with lots of steep inclines. My 4WD handled it fine, just be aware. I will absolutely be back!! “Everything was just as listed and portrayed in photos. We stayed 4 nights, and had to commute 12 miles to another site where we had weekend obligations, so we were not able to just sit and enjoy being in the woods. Several marked hiking trails are on the property, a couple of which begin at the cabin. Everything was clean, and we were allowed to have our little dog. “Check in was simple and efficient, and our host was an timely communicator. The house is clean and spacious with ample in and outdoor space for lounging. Very dog-friendly front and back porch. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of linens. The creek is just behind the house and provides for a lot of fun exploring. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking to stay in the area!”

“Beautiful view and very friendly and helpful host! We really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub. I did notice that there was quite a bit of dog hair around the place but we aren’t super particular about that, they do allow dogs. We have our own pets at home so it doesn’t bother us but you may want to keep it in mind if you have any allergies. ”
