“Spacious room and bathroom. Clear instructions on key collection after hours. However, the room needs better cleaning. The glass to the balcony door has finger marks all over it, the draws in the bathroom were full of long black hair, and the hair dryer itself had grubby marks over it too. Also, I think the plants on the balcony are all dead, so could be replaced and maintained”

The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though we didn’t have in-house housekeeping each day, they offered clean towels, pool towels, dishwashing liquid etc, so we never ran short. There was a great pool which was nice and warm with a cover over one end to protect you from the sun. All in all a great place to stay. Would be a...

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”
