“Only stayed 10 minutes. Was appalled at the run down state of the "water view" rooms. Did not feel safe or clean. Extremely old and in desperate need of repair.”

“Unfortunately, the sensor light out the front of our bungalow stayed on all night, keeping our room very bright. Reported the issue and were told it would be fixed by maintenance. Night 2 had the same issue. 2 sleepless nights out of 2 had us very tired! Otherwise, room and views were awesome!”

“Shower plumbing fail.”

“This is a back packers , the room was clean,Not what was expected for a sweet just a bed and shower toilet and a tv ,”

“Clean room, great location.”

“Very new, clean well serviced. Excellent location. Nice restful and accomodating bar with food, which could be open longer each day as a service to guests and could have a larger food menu. The cafe outfront was good and supplied breakfast and lubch/ cafe items a but closed early afternoon, which left no food services at the hotel till thr bar opened in the evening.”

“The apartment was spacious and clean.”

“The room was quiet small but serviceable. The bathroom door was very hard to close. We found several bugs and small cockroaches in the room. Parking was terrible! We had to park quite a way from our room as the space in front of it was already taken, there is major renovations taking place that we were not made aware of. This impacted on parking as well. There was no shower curtain. We paid a very high price for a very poor room.”

“We booked for 3 and only got 2 towels and a bed made up for 2. I looked for sheets for the sofa but then couldnt ”
