“The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs. The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation. Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area.”

“Location is great. Cleaning isn’t good, there was a lot of hair from another person on the bathroom floor, tiles in the kitchen were full of mouldy grout. Laundry area hadn’t been cleaned at all.”

“The room was nothing like the picture provided, curtains were broken in all rooms, the room was in need of much needed update in maintenance. The lift from the car park to the ground floor in the morniing is almost nonexistent as cleaning staff occupy all lifts for approx 15 mins before anyone offers to let you on and then conversations are had between the staff in a foreign language where they all laugh and look at you! Not acceptable at all!!”
