The base sheet on the first night became untucked and very uncomfortable. We found out the morning that there were two single sheets. The shower was mouldy and looked unclean. “Great location, only 5 minutes walk from cafes and the Expedition Centre. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. On the downside, the wifi was extremely slow, too slow to use it for work or meetings. Also, the apartment didn't have heat and could have benefited from maintenance. For example, the TV remote didn't work and the toilet paper holder was broken. ”
