“Exceptional stay at Camp Figtree - the staff were absolutely outstanding and there was nothing that wasn't anticipated. Meals were superb, game drives were wonderful, nature walk was tremendous, and simply lying around the pool was amazing. Everything was out of this world.”

“We have never stayed anywhere quite like it. Absolute luxury, complemented by the most attentive, courteous and professional staff we have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly special and cared for in the most extraordinary way. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was simply exceptional, with world-class cuisine worthy of a top chef, whether it was breakfast, lunch, high tea or dinner. Every meal was an...

“Needs major improvement... extremely cold rooms without heat and building needs also to be upscaled urgently. But the major issue was at dinner when a lady (probably the owner) approached us explaining that because there was not going to be electricity the next day I had to prepay all expenses + any future expenses, which I gladly did... but there was no electricity shortage the next day, even when I asked an employee they didn’t know what was so talking about. “Pool not used as windy and cloudy but it needed a bit of a clean and some new loungers”

“Beautiful place, great room and ensuite. Dola the puppy is amazing!! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved it and would highly recommend.”

However for a long stay such as ours the chalet was much more comfortable. Thanks to Henry for recognition and upgrading us without prompting. Breakfast was fantastics. ...

“Tolle Unterkunft. Schöne Anlage. Gutes Frühstück!”

“Mooie cottage gunstig gelegen tov Addo Elephant Park. Toegangsweg met ‘gewone’ auto uitdagend bijna 5 km over onverhard met gaten en keien. Uitzicht adembenemend, lieve honden op het terrein maar daar moet je van houden natuurlijk! Spullen wat verouderd maar alles aanwezig.”

“Established tented camp with interesting succulents plants and lots of birdlife. Home cooked meals. ”
