“Whlle the staff did help and went oout of their way to help us celebrate a special occasion, we were disappointed that it could have been a more of an "African" experience - especially with the dining. We were anticipating that there would have been a lot more of the South African taste in the menus. Unfortunately, the schedule at the camp was so tight, there was not enough down time to actually enjoy the camp itself. It was also disappointing to be presented with a blll with unknown/ hidden...

“Ilse hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir hatten einen sehr netten Austausch. Sie ist unglaublich fürsorglich und immer mit Antworten und Infos zur Stelle Als Ausgangspunkt für den Addo NP ist es perfekt. 7 Autominuten zum South Gate. Das Zimmer wirkt eher dunkel und die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir das kleine Appartement Richtung Strasse und konnten aufgrund des LKW Verkehrs sehr schlecht schlafen.”

“Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht, da sie laut Beschreibung schallgedämmte Zimmer und eine Klimaanlage haben sollte. Leider waren die Nachbarn extrem laut und die Klimaanlage fehlte! Aber wo soll man sich beschweren? Kaum hat man gezahlt, ist man ausgeliefert. Funktioniert über AirBNB besser.”

“Super friendly and helpful management and really accommodation. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and bread/muffins etc with everything you could think of to go with. Cooked breakfast freshly made to order. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay ”

“Um den Addo Elefantpark zu besuchen ist es ein wunderbares Hideaway, das zu empfehlen ist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, etwas altmodisch, passt jedoch zum Stil des Guesthouses. Leider gab es nicht täglich neue Handtücher, aber wir haben auch nicht nachgefragt. Die Eatery ist ein sehr hübscher Platz zum Dinner und für das Frühstück. Wenn man es früh aber eilig hat wird es schwierig, da das Servieren der Eierspeisen gefühlt ewig gedauert hat. Ganz wunderbar ist der weitläufige Garten, der dazu...
