“What can I say? Roland was an awesome host. The property was clean and well appointed. The location was convenient to get to downtown Seattle or to the university of Washington. There were plenty of restaurants within five minutes, and we definitely enjoyed the food. The property, according to my daughter, had the nicest bathroom she had ever been in the kitchen was a great space to hang out and enjoy a home-cooked meal. “The apartment was beautiful, easy to find, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bellevue. It was very clean and well appointed. All appliances were in excellent condition and easy to use. Diana was a wonderful host, and she provided terrific support throughout my booking and visit. Moreover, she was available to provide support, but was not at all intrusive. I highly recommend this property, and I expect that I will stay here again for my next visit to Bellevue!”

“We stayed here to attend a family wedding in the area. It was perfect! Easy to get to in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nicely renovated home! The beds were very comfortable. The queen sofa was definitely firm but expectations from a sofa sleeper are minimal. Very large garage if that is needed. Jessica was very pleasant to communicate with and timely to respond. I would definitely recommend this rental.”
