“Perfect in every way. This property exceeded all expectations. Great location, excellent communication with hosts, pristine conditions.... Can't recommend highly enough”

“The property is well maintained and located in a nice neighborhood away from some of the hustle and bustle of Boulder. Communicating with the host was easy and effective. A couple of things to be aware of: Like many homes in and around Denver and Boulder, this house has an evaporative cooling system instead of central air conditioning. This is probably fine for most of the year, but you might consider summer heat during a potential stay. Opening the windows at night helps, but it could take some...

“The place was amazing and perfect for the family as we visited our son and his girlfriend. The rooms were clean and the host was quick and attentive. Especially resolving a wrinkle when someone parked and blocked the driveway two days in a row. We reached out to the hosts and they were so quick to find a resolution to get us to a family gathering on time. Michael and Lisa Marie were awesome to work with. We’ll definitely keep them mind for our next rental in Boulder!”

“Comfortable, clean and extraordinarily equipped. Location is convenient to everything. Host very helpful and communicative.”

“My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

“The house was delightful - we really enjoyed staying there. The location was great for us and we had fun exploring Longmont and the surrounding areas.”

“This is by far the most thoughtfully decorated space my family has had the pleasure of staying. The decor is musically inspired and comes”

“This is a large home with plenty of space to gather together as a group or have space to spread out. The views from the deck and every window are gorgeous, showing off the beauty of the mountains in all directions. This is a peaceful mountain property with stores and restaurants within a half hour drive. We did a lot of exploring different areas of Colorado. The drives were anywhere from a half hour to hour and a half to areas like Boulder, Golden, Nederland, Mount Blue Sky, Rocky Mountain...

“The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay.”

“Great home in a good location. Spacious and clean, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“Great place”

“The home was amazing. The multiple levels were a little hard on some of our old knees. Overall it was a great experience.”

“The house is nice and we had plenty of room for our family.”

“This house was a great place for our family to gather. The kids had lots of room to run around and a little back yard to play in also. Very spacious. We will stay here again if it is available and we have lots of family coming. Donavan was super helpful and prompt with any message we sent his way. Very enjoyable time spent in Broomfield.”

“Hosts were AMAZING!!! Great, prompt communication! Very clean and cozy!!”

“By far one of our favorite vacation rentals. What a relaxing and peaceful retreat. Well appointed and maintained.”

“Host was friendly, laid-back, and helpful! We got to say hi to her kitty cat every morning. House was beautiful and cozy. Small rooms, but big living area with tons of amenities *yoga, music instruments, art supplies, books).”

“The house was perfect for our family visit! It was super cute, clean, and the layout was wonderful!”
