Beautiful setting and great location! Plenty of room for the seven of us during our winter stay, and the fireplace was nice & warm on the cold evenings. The house also had a very well stocked kitchen.

Amazing!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. The owners were extremely available to answer my questions. The property looks even better than online, as the living area is a great open floor plan. We had 11 family members stay here for my daughter’s wedding at Planet Bluegrass. We hosted the rehearsal brunch at the house and the bridal party did their hair and makeup here as well. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. It was a magical experience and everyone complimented on the home. When the kids were downstairs it was as if us adults had the place to ourselves. The owners thought of everything from hammocks to flower vases to chocolates on the pillowcase. This home made everything so easy and relaxing. Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for giving us memories to last a lifetime! Xoxo
Everyone fit comfortably and had plenty of space to hang after getting food. Highly recommend Big Daddy Bagels for catering!

This is an absolutely beautiful property with everything you need, great for large family get-togethers as a comfortably sleeps 12 people. The owners are extremely responsive to any needs, and even checked in to make sure we were safe when there was a storm and we lost electricity for a short time! Boulder is a beautiful place to visit, and we celebrated my daughter‘s wedding at the Flagstaff restaurant which was wonderful. We also had a hibachi company come and do a dinner for 18 on the balcony, which was so much fun. There are plenty of games, cornhole, a basketball , a pool. I hope to definitely come back again for a family get together! I have never stayed in a property this nice on VRBO.

I rented this house for all my bridesmaids for my wedding and it was perfect. The house was pristinely clean and equipped with bathroom and kitchen necessities and then some. The location was stunning - a 3 minute drive to Pearl Street but also so close to hiking trails. Special shout out to Marshall who went above and beyond for us to ensure we had an amazing stay - even left flowers, wine and a congratulatory note! So thoughtful. Couldn't recommend this property and management more!

So peaceful and comfortable

This home is beautiful. And the host was incredibly welcoming with beautiful flowers and every amenity you may have forgotten to bring. A beautiful rock waterfall out back and views from all windows. Beds were so comfortable! And the family room furniture felt like home. Loved our stay here -and conveniently located to everything Boulder. We hope to go back !

Amazing location!

Larkin and Marshall were very responsive and helpful. Great hosts. The place was a wonderland in the snow, so cozy and peaceful; amazing something like this exists just minutes from down town Boulder! We loved the quiet nature in the morning, and the house was perfect for our group.

An Awesome large home in Boulder CO

This home is simply amazing. Total open concept of dining room, kitchen and great room. The great room has soaring ceilings and enormous windows just like the photo on the home's VRBO site. We were a group of 10: me, my husband, our 3 adult children and a fiance, my brother, sister in law and 2 adult nieces. Great WiFi.The house is large so plenty of room for 10 people to spread out. We cooked meals in - the kitchen has everything you need for serious cooking: utensils, large cast iron skillet, dutch oven, lots of pots and pans and an outdoor grill.The bed linens and towels are very soft & lovely - a lot of rental places schimp on these items but not here.A half mile down the hill from the house are trailheads to many great trails. Boulder is a great town - lots of places to shop for all the food items we needed for our recipes.Great pedestrian mall on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder.Overall, this is a tremendous house in a great location. We would not hesitate to rent it again.

Boulder Paradise

I rented this house during my son’s destination wedding in Boulder so my family could stay together. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, clean and the views are amazing. This house was a short drive to Pearl Street too. The owner Jason was outstanding and very nice to deal with. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accessible and attentive. Thanks Jason! We hope to come back for ski season!

This property is centrally located to activities both in town and in the mountains, while allowing you the space to feel secluded with nature. Jason is very responsive and helpful. There a few house bugs but par the course. Great location and service, would stay again.

INCREDIBLE WEDDING WEEKEND!!

We had the most incredible experience staying at this VRBO for our wedding weekend! 🌟 The venue was absolutely perfect for our rehearsal dinner, providing a beautiful and intimate setting that made the evening unforgettable. This place was also an awesome landing spot for all our friends and family who came into town for the weekend. The spacious and comfortable accommodations made everyone feel right at home, and it was wonderful to have everyone together in one place. A special shoutout to our host, who was incredible at communicating and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were extremely accommodating and made the entire weekend stress-free, allowing us to focus on celebrating with our loved ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such a special time in our lives. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fantastic venue and an amazing host!

Great house in a nice part of Boulder

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Daydream. Jason made sure everything was dialed in before and during our time in his house. The place is well-stocked with fun things for our kids and grown-ups, like toys, games, a karaoke machine, and a basketball hoop. Be aware that the two upstairs bedrooms are lovely and the four downstairs are less... desirable. This created a fun logistical conversation with our group about who would be subterranean.

Old friends' hiking weekend

Just a beautiful property with plenty of views, space, and an easy layout to host 15-20 people without feeling crammed. Terrific host and great communication. We felt so fortunate to have found this home for our wedding weekend, it truly helped make everything perfect.

Great location in Boulder

We stayed in this fabulous house for a family reunion. The occasion was a family reunion. We were 9 people and had up to four dinner guests on several occasions. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. there was a propane grill outside as well. There's a wonderful living room with a great couch and good TV (we watched a lot of Olympics there) and lots of other space in the large, open plan main floor. Great views from the many large windows. We saw deer several evenings and mornings. The location is fantastic: short drive to downtown, but also right on a canyon road going up into the mountains. We drove up to Gold Hill one night for food and music. The house is close to several nice hiking trails. We used above ground pool for cooling off (major heat wave while we were there); there's also a basketball hoop, pingpong table. We would definitely go back again -- it really worked for us. Jason was super responsive throughout our visit -- he answered all questions we had immediately. All in all, it was a great vacation.
