Large Comfortable home with Flatiron views

  • Ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo, nuestra casa está a poca distancia a pie del centro comercial Pearl Street, el centro comercial 29th Street, CU, y todas las actividades recreativas que Boulder tiene para ofrecer.

    Terminada en 2007, esta casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños, una hermosa cocina de alta gama, área de comedor, sala de estar con chimenea y mucho espacio para relajarse mientras disfruta de todo lo que Boulder tiene para ofrecer.

    Nuestra casa de gama alta en Boulder se terminó a fines de 2007 y cuenta con 4 habitaciones, que incluyen una gran suite principal con balcón y vistas al Flatiron y una cama king size. Disfrute de un baño en la bañera de hidromasaje o de un vapor en la ducha Master Bath. El segundo y tercer dormitorio cuentan con una cama queen, y la habitación con literas tiene una litera completa / doble y una cama individual. Las dos habitaciones queen están conectadas por el baño Jack & Jill y hay un tercer baño completo en el segundo nivel para facilitar la preparación para eventos especiales, incluso para un grupo grande.

    La planta principal cuenta con una gran mesa de comedor con muchos asientos para grupos grandes y una acogedora sala de estar para sentarse y disfrutar de un cálido fuego de leña. También hay una gran terraza trasera con parrilla de gas para entretenimiento al aire libre.

    Los huéspedes tienen acceso completo al primer y segundo piso de la casa, junto con la terraza trasera y el patio.

    Nuestra casa se encuentra a poca distancia de la mayoría de las comodidades de Boulder y estamos cerca del transporte público.

Perfect spot for a graduation weekend! The house was clean, spacious, and great for a group, with plenty of room to hang out together. Location was ideal and very close to campus and everything we needed. It is quiet with beautiful views. The host was easy and responsive.

Presidents Day Weekend

Came for the weekend to see our freshman at CUB. Great location. Easy access to grocery, Pearl street and some great hikes.

Business Trip

We rented this property for a business trip and worked out of the home for a week. The house was gorgeous and immaculate not to mention in a terrific location. Everyone enjoyed this home and the host was fantastic to work with. We will definitely book again in the future should we travel to Boulder.

Great family home in Boulder

We enjoyed the home immensely. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The porch is perfect for outside dining when the weather cooperates. It’s a reasonable walk to Pearl Street and the sights to see in Boulder. If it was any closer the noise and crowds might have been an issue. We’d definitely stay there again.

Welcoming home

Comfortable family room space and well equipped kitchen. Clean and welcoming space. Queen bed mattress caving in from both sides so one bed unusable.

Boulder bliss

Michaels house was great!! Great kitchen fully equipped, decks from both floors and only .9 miles from Pearl Street. Even with a clogging situation, occurred, Michael sent someone right away to fix the problem.

Great location and plenty of space!

Two moms brought our three teenage sons to CO for a soccer tournament in Commerce City (not a bad drive). We loved being able to walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. I also enjoyed being able to walk up to the college campus to explore. The house had plenty of room for us and the kitchen is huge. There was lots of street parking and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Graduation 2024

My son graduated from CU and I was born and raised here so most all of my family lives in Colorado. As such, needed a bigger house to host family and friends for graduation festivities occurring throughout the week. The house was perfect! Large spacious rooms, also large kitchen with everything needed to host a well attended graduation BBQ! Backyard and location was perfect, easy to walk to Pearl Street. And the built in steam room in the master shower was awesome! Would absolutely recommend it, clean comfortable and perfect location!

Famiy weekend in boulder

Property was easy to get to and walkable everywhere. Construction in backyard was a bit messy but did not impede. Neighbors definitely do not like the property being a Vrbo. Missed the extra touches to make this a five star- Hand soaps kitchen supplies upgraded linens would make this a five star. Overall a solid four property we would go back to save the nosy angry neighbors.

Great location beautiful home.

This location is amazing however there were several things that we think should be addressed. 1. Sheets in one of the queen bedrooms were ripped & stained making it obvious that it hadn’t been changed. 2. The other queen room mattress was so bad that my son in law slept on the floor and our grand baby slept with us. 3. The white bath towels smelled mildewy need to be replaced. 4. We had to clean up trash two morning in a row. Cement blocks did not work to keep raccoon out. Trash cans need to be attached to the wood wall and bungee corded shut!! 5. Broken chair in the deck. 6. We feel that your cleaning crew should be re evaluated. Floor sticky in areas. Microwave dirty. Bathrooms weren’t clean. We certainly expect to receive our security deposit because we left the home cleaner that we found it. 4.

Beautiful home, has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Had a small issue with the front door lock, but the owner came right away and resolved the issue. Great communication with the owner. The house is beautiful with views of the mountains. Walking distance to Pearl street. Fabulous Gourmet kitchen. This house has everything.

The location was perfect and the home nicely detailed

Our trip was great largely in part due to the home accommodations. Enjoyed the deck, the yard and being able to cook meals as well as bbq. Would highly recommend this home.

Daughter's Wedding

This home was perfect! There was plenty of room for our family. Perfect set up for the Bride to get ready. And the deck was such a peaceful place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! Mike was a great host. Everything went smoothly

People make the difference

The property was excellent and had top of the line everything but what really made it was the host Mike. He was extremely responsive to communications and was chill and if possible would make the effort to make your stay even more pleasant and less stressed. Thanks Mike!

Wedding Weekend

This property was beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 5, all adults, for our son’s wedding, which was held up in the canyon a short drive from the house. The kitchen was massive & the master bedroom had a stunning view of the flatirons. The view was so perfect that the bridal couple use it for their “1st look”! The neighborhood was quiet and charming and the owner was close by for whatever we needed. We would definitely consider staying there again as Pearl St and restaurants were so convenient! Kudos on all levels.

Great Location and Property

This property had everything we needed for our group of 10 for the king weekend. The location was close to everything and the property itself was extremely spacious. We loved the outdoor space in the back with a great view of the mountains.

Great Boulder vacation home!

We loved our stay at this Boulder home. The house was beautiful and the location is excellent. Lots of great restaurants but the kitchen is very well appointed if you prefer to stay in and cook. We would definitely stay here again.
