Great home for our family trip to Boulder. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out, and was great for our toddler and infant. Neighborhood is very family friendly, and less than 10 minutes from pretty much everything in town.

Great Experience

This house is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Loved the outdoor deck and the easy access. Great amenities and basics provided. We would definitely return to the area and this house with a group of us.

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely 4-bedroom home. My family and I were in Boulder for my daughter's wedding and this was the perfect place for the 4 of us couples. The place is spacious, with a large living room, dining room, breakfast table and all the appliances and utensils you'd need. The neighborhood is also very nice - it is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee and other breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The hosts were very responsive - I cannot rate it highly enough and would book again in a heartbeat!

Nice home in peaceful residential area

Plenty of room in this home! Our favorite part was actually sitting outside on the deck with pergola. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of natural beauty.

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Loved the outdoor patio for gathering over coffee each morning to plan our day. Peaceful neighborhood with a great park nearby that our grandkids enjoyed walking to. Short drives to downtown Boulder and CU. Management team was very responsive and helpful.

The property was very much like the pictures. The communication was excellent with all messages responded to within an hour of sending. The temperature in the house was difficult to regulate so the basement was freezing, but luckily we only used that space for sleeping! Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

Don’t know why the previous 5-star reviews

Surface clean; found spiders, killed 3 in master bedroom. It’s not “luxurious” unless you consider an air conditioner that wouldn’t cool below 76 the first day and a refrigerator that wouldn’t cool, so we had approximately $250 worth of groceries we had to throw out; It’s a noisy neighborhood, with barking dogs and screaming children. Maybe if you leave early in the morning and return late at night you won’t experience those things. There are no tissues provided so pick them up ahead of time or you have to you TP to blow your nose. Overall, the worst VRBO we’ve experienced and we’ve been all over the US and parts of Europe.

Not the best.

The first day we went to the VRBO it was a good home, nothing to luxuroious. A basic home in Boulder. We found about 4 or 5 spiders , and the trash was torn up in the garage when we arrived. We were screamed and cussed at by neighbors, who called police on us, when the police arrived they did nothing because we hadn’t done anything to receive police attention. When I tried contacting the host about it they evicted us because we smoked in the backyard, I’ve been all over the United States and never been kicked out of a home in my entire life. Mind you there had been evidence the previous guests were smoking as well. We were also pushed out of the house by someone. Not sure if it was a neighbor or who it was. I’ve since tried to contact the VRBO and can’t reach a single person to speak to someone about the way me and my family were treated. They also have a few wasps nests in the backyard on the patio. Was told to stay away from the patio. So overall I paid a little over 2,000 to be screamed and cussed at, police called, spiders and trash, and being evicted early and ending up having to spend an extra 250 to put my family up in another hotel, and absolutely no help from the host or K&B properties whatsoever.
