  • Suite 314 is a totally renovated and tastefully decorated third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size oven, under-cabinet refrigerator, and beverage refrigerator. This unit has a brand new built-in seating area around the dining table. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas log fireplace, and a 55" flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a Euro shower and two separate vanities. The upstairs also offers yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

    Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Perfect Spot, Beautiful Setting

This lake shore condo was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to stay while skiing/boarding at Boyne Mountain. Would definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on future trips!

Stunning location!

I had the best stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the most amazing view. It is at the best location if you want to walk around to local shops or restaurants and only 30 minutes away from Walloon, Petoskey, etc. for more wineries and restaurants. Communication and the check-in and out process was very smooth and simple. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be staying again!
