Amazing stay

There was plenty of room for all 15 of us who stayed. Loved the bunk bed room and enjoyed the hospitality of the host.

The place was just as the pictures showed. Tom went above and beyond for as an owner / host. Will definitely stay again, highly recommended.

This condo was very nice. It was clean, and ready for us upon our arrival. The host was in contact with me before, during, and after our stay. The bunk bed room was super fun for our four grandchildren. The Boyne Mountain area offers many fine restaurants and fun indoor and outdoor activities.

Just wondeful. Clean and comfortable. Great location. My wife loved the great shower water flow and hot water. Golf courses 5 star.

Family Christmas/Retreat

The condo was beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. Tom texted us to make sure that we were settled in and had everything that we needed. Our family loved the condo and the opportunity to create some wonderful memories during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to our family and friends! Thank you for your hospitality, Tom!

Best hosts!

Tom was simply a pleasure to rent from. Super communicative and friendly, allowed us to use the property linger than anticipated. He finished the new bunk room the day before we arrived and the girls loved it. So fun! Very clean and stocked well, great location

Great Family Ski Weekend

We had an amazing weekend at Boyne. The condo was exactly as described. It was fully stocked with linens, and lots of items in the kitchen. The location was perfect for short walk to Boyneland lift and the village. Tom was awesome! He called and texted back immediately with updates before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Family celebrations

We had a wonderful weekend! The place was perfect for accommodating 2 families and friends! We all had plenty of space to spread out and gather for games and meals. Some golfed while others went to the sky bridge. We even had a shuttle pick us up at our door for a wonderful northern Michigan wine tour! It was a perfect location for everything! Thank you :)

Nice updates and a great stay!

This unit had everything we needed for a fun week at Boyne! We have stayed at a similar property in the past but the updates to this condo were worth the switch! The enclosed upstairs bedroom as well as the awesome sturdy bunk beds made a big difference. The owner was great and available if needed. The condo was clean and set upon arrival. Nice location and perfect spot to enjoy skiing and downtime with family and friends. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay!

Our experience with Tom (property manager) was excellent, he was very responsive and communicative. He made our stay so easy and relaxing from booking through check-out. The condo fit the needs of our large group (17 adults and children) very well. Having two separate kitchens was especially convenient. The property was in excellent condition and everything was maintained well. Towels and other amenities were provided, which was great.

Family getaway

I cannot say enough about this condo and Tom the owner !! A++ accommodations . Great location can walk to the sky bridge and other activities from condo . Awesome deer lake a mile away . Everything was top notch and Tom was always available and also checking on us to make sure everything was good ! Definitely would stay here again . Best family getaway ever !!! Paula Spitler

Best place we've stayed on Boyne Mountain!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our group of 14! We had 5 different families yet still felt like we each had our own privacy with the amount of room we had. We have stayed in these condos on the hill for the past 6 years and this specific one has by far been the best! From the start, everything was great! Our awesome host, Tom, was amazing, he let us check in early/check out late since nobody was there before/after us, and also checked in to make sure we all got in OK. The place was super clean, updated, had tons of supplies there which made it easy for cooking, etc. and the beds were super comfy! We were just a quick walk to the lodge. Definitely will be staying again in future years! Highly recommend!

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was one of the best equipped, with pretty much all the extras (kitchen gadgets, etc) you’d need. Tom, the property manager, was friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. The condo is part of a big complex in Boyne Mountain, and within walking distance of the village, restaurants, etc. The only downside of booking through VRBO is not getting some of the same “perks” we would have if we booked through the resort. (Example: we had to pay $15/day for a pool pass, but not per person, so it wasn’t terrible). Overall, we loved it and would come back!

Fantastic Condo

We had occasion to stay in the Boyneland condo from December 26 to December 29, 2023. Despite the lack of snow this season we had an awesome time. The condo is fantastic with a wonderful downstairs area that's private for the younger adult family members, and the upstairs for the older family members in our group. The condo is spacious and well situated near both the lodge and local trails. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms very spacious. Truly we were not want for anything. No skiing this time around, but we had a great time and we appreciated the ease with which we were able to check in and out. Thank you Tom!

Clean, Spacious, Great location

The condo was clean, spacious and well maintained. We were provided with more than enough basic kitchen utensils and toiletries. Beds and furniture were clean and well maintained. Great location. Tom was too quick in responding to our queries.

This condo was spacious, perfectly appointed, felt luxurious. There is room for privacy and common space as well. Tom was a great host - checking in regularly to make sure all was ok for our group. It was.

Great communication! Perfect for multi-family group!

We had a great week at Tom’s place. We originally anticipated 12 in our group (8 adults, 4 kids) and really wanted a rental with five bedrooms, so our options were limited. Since three people weren’t able to make the trip, we found ourselves with more than enough space! The kids enjoyed having downstairs as their hangout space, leaving three roomy and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. The kitchens were well stocked so we were able to cook most nights we were there. Tom was very responsive when questions arose and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay with a large group again.

An Excellent Choice!

The property was clean and well appointed. The owner was very nice and great to deal with. We had plenty of beds for our party of 18 and plenty of space to avoid each other if we so desired. Basic necessities were provided by the owner (cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper and even a selection of coffee). Boyne Mountain and the surrounding area has tons of things to do and see.
