Great Condo

The condo was perfect for an on-the-go holiday with my family. Clean, well-stocked, and extras like board games and charging ports for electronics. Nice central location that was easily walkable to the resort and its shops and restaurants. The community pool was good for families with small children with a max depth of 3.5 feet. We would definitely return!

Great location and plenty of space

The condo is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the lifts. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Clean throughout. Management was responsive.

Quick walk to great skiing!

Great place located steps away from the boyneland lift - so awesome for beginners. Main lift and village are only steps away as well. Almost all the convenience of ski on/off without the price tag. The hosts were great at communicating and helping us out.

However, there was not a pool or hot tub for use on the property. For over $1100 for a 2 night stay we felt it was overpriced.

Family Fourth of July trip

We booked for the holiday weekend and the property was excellent, great rental. The condo was clean and well stocked with the basics, was very clean and functional. The bonus was the Boyne property access, lots to do around the property, good for kids and teens, we enjoyed our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing place for our weekend family get away to ski! It is quaint, but we were able to make due with the space provided. I had read from previous reviews about the unit being chilly, however, we didn't have any issues with the heat. The kitchen is very small with little counter space but again we made due. It is close to all things on the premises, including a very short distance to the lift which was a huge bonus. I would stay here again just for that amenity! I've had plenty of experience with vacation rentals so am able to say our overall stay was good! No bad review from this renter!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked the room a few months ago. Our work event got canceled due to Covid. I let the owners know via email 1 month before our scheduled date to arrive asking if I could move our date ahead. Got a reply that their 2023 calendars were not out yet, but would let me know. The never replied again after numerous attempts. Let alone this was prime time busy season for skiing and snowboarding and Valentines weekend and they could have easily put their item back on VRBO and someone else would have been glad to take it I have let VRBO know the email trails on the event.

Very cozy but needs some TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is very cute and cozy inside but very tight when you walk into the front door. If the couch was pushed back a foot or so, it would have helped. The place was extremely cold at night. I know the place is old and has been redone, but the windows and door walls are horrible. Plastic on the windows would be great and heavy drapes that cover the entire door wall and a foot past the door would help significantly. We had to stuff towels in window over the bed and there were no extra blankets or pillows. The two Lazy Boy rockers were great until three of us flipped over and hit our heads against the wall. It appears someone cut the bottom off to remove the swivel. I had an ice pack on most of the night and my husband hurt his neck. If this had happened to my 79-year-old mom who was with us, we may have ended up in the ER. Totally unacceptable. There were no hot pads to be found and the front door leaked cold air. My husband adjusted the latch, which reduced the leak. On a good note, the beds were comfy, they added a cabinet by the table for additional counter space, the fireplace and TV's in all rooms were nice, and the overall set up was good, aside from the entry.

The directions provided seemed to take you to the wrong gate, there is a second one just around the corner. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. Biggest complaint- there was no coffee to go with their coffee bar set up.

Family Fall Getaway

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Quick walk to the waterpark and all that Boyne had to offer. The fall colors had just turned, so the views there were amazing. Comfortable stay and great communication.
