Lock box was tough to use and we arrived late at night compounding the issue. Property was listed as having a dishwasher and it did not have one. Property photos are misleading as well- showing a dishwasher so as to trick the renter. Someone entered our unit and left a broom and mop containing broke glass which was stepped on - fortunately not by o end our children. When contacting the property management the claimed they didn’t know there was no dishwasher. Not sure how you advertise and manage a property and not know amenities it has.Lots of ants in the kitchen and no ant traps or anything to address the pest issue.After contacting the property management company about the issues they never directly addressed my concerns and ask for acceptance of the issues. I’m not okay with people entering without notification and leaving broken glass behind.This was unit C. Stayed in unit A last year with no issues.Felt like the property needs maintenance and up keep, but it’s being sold instead. This is a money maker for them and little to no interest in actuallyimproving the visitor experience. Bare minimum to maintain margins vs overhead. We won’t be returning next year.
