Family vacation

We had a great time in Bradenton. The home is spacious and was equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels and cleanjng supplies.The beach chairs and toys were super helpful! Thanks for letting us use them. The community was nice, not just vacationers. We used some of the amenities and enjoyed the quietness at the house.Friendly hosts and well-organized management company mande this rental and stay enjoyable I would 100% rent here again. Thank you for hosting

This is the 2nd time staying at this property. It is perfect for our large family. The house is beautiful and the communication with the management team is excellent. If any problems came up, they were responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Highly.reccomemded.

Great property!

The house is very nice for a stay with family. It has everything you need, and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. There is a community pool with tennis courts and basketball courts, as well as a play structure. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We drove out to Anna Maria island to eat and shop. We also spent the day on Anna Maria island at Coquina Beach. Our family enjoyed a full day at Busch Gardens. The movie theater was very close as well as putt-putt golf. One of our days we drove to Lido Key and went on a kayak tour through the mangroves. On Friday the community clubhouse had a food truck from 5-8pm. We had a great time and would stay again!

Very Nice!

Claudia has provided everything you need for your vacation. Only thing we needed was a cheese slicer. Everything else is there. The house very clean and the pool area as well. She has spared no expense. Beautiful neighborhood and convenient to shopping and beaches. Can honestly recommend this house.

Very quiet and private

We enjoyed our stay. Claudia’s property was as advertised. She had everything you would need for a great time. The property was centrally located to a lot of beaches and dining options plus reasonably close to the amusement parks. Thanks Claudia.

Villa was exactly as pictured/described. Very clean, well appointed with everything you could need, and was in an excellent location. The pool, backyard area was very relaxing. Two weeks visiting family

From booking to leaving, everything about our stay has surpassed expectations. Communication was easy and pleasant and we felt we’d be well looked after and accommodated in this lovely family home. Once we arrived it did not disappoint. It was bigger than it looked from the photos, exceptionally clean and comfortable and everything we could have possibly needed was thought of. We felt totally safe and secure in the neighbourhood, which was also very quiet. We loved hearing the donkey’s behind the house occasionally too. The location was perfect for visiting relatives in Lakewood Ranch, getting over to UTC Mall, popping to the beaches, exploring the keys, we were so central and having the big publix and first watch just up the road suited us perfectly. Overall we’d be delighted to stay again, a real home from home!

Absolutely PERFECT

Great communication from the moment we chose our stay.. Everything went amazing from start to finish. We have taken numerous vacations every year and have rented 100s of places and I would rank this home at the top.. The hosts have thought of everything. There is nothing you could ask more of a place. It feels immediately like home. The worst part of the experience was having to leave. The home was amazing, neighbors amazing, location perfect, pool perfect, and nothing could have made the experience better. Just grab your clothes and the hosts have everything else you could possibly need. To the hosts I must say.. Thanks for everything. And I look forward to staying again in the future!

Clean comfortable and well stocked home

The home was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen, full size new HE washer and dryer, and really comfortable king bed. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai and pool. The fountain feature in the pool corner added a nice relaxing sound. The homes in this part of Sabal Harbor back to a farm. There’s a 6’ high wall behind so you can’t see but can hear the donkey and cows periodically. It’s a short drive to stores and Lakewood Ranch. The landlord and her local contact are very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Way beyond expectations

From original booking to leaving, the communication with Claudia was fantastic. On arriving at the villa, the presentation wad fantastic, with modern appliances and extremeley clean. Claudia did make us aware of a few small issues she wasn’t able to sort prior, but we sorted them (pulling a few weeds out on the patio 😃), given how great the rest was, it was no problem at all. For us a family visiting with a 14month old, it had everything available to suit for feeding, monitoring etc. The pool area was fantastic, pool was a good temperature, cold at times but soon heated up with the solar heating. The pool area had sun all day, from the photos I was concerned it may block the sun…it doesn't at all. Im sure Iv missed other good points, but overall it was fantastic, well presented and everything easy for us as travellers. Absolutely 10/10, you wont be disappointed.

Home away from home

Perfect in every way

Well stocked with everything you’ll ever need… Lovely home with pool, access to community pool and playground. Close to everything, shops and beach. Grands loved using the bikes around the neighborhood.

Our stay here was fantastic. From checking in to checking out. The house was immaculate, very well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. Location was excellent. Never wondered where we would eat out just where we would go because of the selection that was around us. Inga (property manager) was excellent to talk to when we needed the batteries changed in the smoke alarms. She was there in a flash. That was the only incident we encountered. If you are a family with little ones the house is well furnished. We were visiting in a cooler time of year January so we never got to use the pool. Although it was a solar heated pool it was never warm enough for us to get in. It only reached 74 degrees in the pool. Nevertheless we did use the lani for sitting and dining. We never had rain so we used it everyday. If you travel to Anna Maria Island be sure to go to the Ugly Grouper. Outside dining and a great menu. We would highly recommend this property. We will probably be back again.
