Hot tub heater didn’t work. Owner called to get it fixed. Ice maker didn’t work. Screen patio the screens needed to be fixed as we had wasps & other bugs in it due to holes. Patio door was broken. Tried to fix but screws were not long enough to hold the door tight. Beds were much too hard!Kitchen & bathrooms facilities were great w many extra features like coffee maker & the appliances were great (washer & dryer & supplies)Pool was great & warm enough weather that we could use the hot tub & pool without the heater working. Found lots of shops & food eating facilities close by.Host was responsive & tried to handle whatever w asked/inquired about.Beach towels & equipment was very well supplied.Definite wasp/outside bug control issues, partly due to the screen patio issues mentioned above.Bedrooms/bathrooms were very well supplied! Great showers & good privacy in the whole house.

The Florida House was perfect for our family! We loved sitting on the porch at night and relaxing. Alex was super responsive with any messages I sent. The area was safe and conveniently located to shops and resultants. If we are ever in the area again we’d def stay again. Thanks Alex for your hospitality.

Initially, I was looking forward to staying at this VRBO and communication with the host was impressive. This all changed when I arrived with my family. The house was not clean, linens were stained, furniture was falling apart and there was dirt throughout the house. I contacted the host stating I would not be staying there and that it needed to be cleaned. The host stated it was clean, this was escalated to VRBO and I have now taken a loss. I wish this was not the outcome and it is unfortunate but to say it ruined the family vacation is an understatement.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Florida House! It was the perfect gathering place for me and my family that live in Bradenton! Unfortunately the back yard was rather disappointing with the trees gone and lack of yard work. But it was way too hot to enjoy outside anyway! But the house was perfect and cute as can be! Perfect layout!

Great house

Kids enjoyed both pool and hot tub, plenty of space for everyone, good size kitchen, has blender and toaster, plates, glasses and utensils. Few pots and pans - enough to cook breakfast or simple dinner. Close to beaches on AMI. There is no vacuum cleaner, so tidying up during the week was harder. Pool and hot tub were cleaned 2 times by professional team while we were there - which is great, as we were using both.

Quiet neighborhood, great house!

We LOVED staying at the Florida House. The house was great, very clean, and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable, we slept great! Pool was great for the kids, we loved our stay.

Great property

This was a great property. Close to IMG, the beaches, and GT Bray. Very spacious living area. We were there during one of the hurricanes and no issues. Power stayed on and we were not in a mandatory evacuation zone.

10 minutes to IMG Academy

We were in town for a soccer tournament for my son and the house is about a 10 minute drive to the fields at IMG Academy. It was convenient and had everything we needed. Hosts were super responsive to questions and extra helpful with returning items that we forgot at the house. Highly recommend!

The perfect house!

Checking in could not have been easier. The moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The pool kept our 6 and 10 year old grandkids busy while we settled in.The basket of toys was a very nice touch for all the children to enjoy. We really liked the master bedroom being on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The neighbor hood was very nice and quiet. We felt very safe during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again in the future.

We loved this home. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved the pantry for storing our groceries. The entire home was decorated nicely and it felt very spacious. We will definitely come back.
