“El servicio es pésimo, el personal del hotel tiene una actitud terrible, nada amables, sin ninguna intención de ayudar ni conciliar. Teníamos un voucher de 25€ para alimentos y bebidas y no lo quisieron hacer válido y solo lo aplicaban para bebidas, reconocieron que había en error pero no quisieron hacer nada para arreglarlo y simplemente dijeron que así sería y ni modo ”
