“Check in outside desk hours is a nightmare. You need to fill in so many irrelevant details, without a computer you cannot get access to the room. The access code is only revealed after a huge bunch of screens, really ridiculous. Rooms are clean and nice, although some kind of water heater would be very nice to prep some tea or coffee.”
“Ich hatte eine Einzelzimmer das für mich geräumig genug war. Beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas bei.Das Loft ist vom bahnhof in gut 5Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.Wenn man durch den angrenzenden Kurpark läuft ist man ebenfalls in ca 4-5 minuten in der Orts Mitte.
Hotel war Sauber und Pesonal feundlich.Ich würde es auf jedenfall wieder Buchen.”

Allein die sehr moderne Abendkarte mit Fusionsküche/+gerichten war für uns nicht wirklich das richtige. Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Kurztrip mit 5 Tagen Aufenthalt im Schloßhotel. “We kwamen laat aan en daarom had ik ook voor dit hotel gekozen: inchecken mogelijk tot 22 uur volgends de info. Hoewel ik bij de boeking had aangegeven dat we er tussen 21 en 22 uur zouden zijn, was de deur al op slot. Ze zaten nog wel in de bar dus we konden erin. De sleutel hadden ze buiten klaar gelegd zodat we erin hadden gekund. Dat hadden we echter zelf moeten verzinnen. Van de communicatie had ik meer verwacht, juist omdat dat zo makkelijk is via de Hotels app.

“Het huis was erg vies en stonk. Alles stond volgestouwd met oude zooi. Op meerdere plekken schimmel gezien. Ook het beddengoed stonk. Wij zijn een dag eerder vertrokken hierdoor.
Zelfs de thee die er stond was al 1,5 jaar over de datum. Ik kan iedereen afraden om dit te boeken. ”

"Very nice hotel, comfortable room/bed and an excellent breakfast. Beautiful lounge areas, free tea and coffee machine throughout the day and evening. I found it a little difficult to adapt to the German standard way of not having 24h reception, but we worked around it. The hotel offers a room-clean opt out and reward you with a free drink instead. We opted for this and it worked well. Just remember though (especially if you are not staying in the main hotel building, it means they don't bring new toilet rolls or fresh towels..you'll need to ask for these if needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would thoroughly recommend it. My only disappointment was that the Sauna was not open and I specifically chose this hotel for this facility."
