Deluxe Downtown Bungalow - fenced in yard, pet friendly.

  • A true Brevard downtown locals luxury experience. This beautiful home sits in the vibrant heart of the lumber yard arts district and sleeps seven-plus in two bedrooms. Enjoy two full luxury baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large dining room, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fenced-in yard for pets, and ample parking. It is a short walk or ride to EVERYTHING BREVARD...great restaurants, unique shopping, local arts and music, and breweries, and an easy drive to waterfalls, hikes, biking, fishing, and more.

    This is a pet friendly home. The front yard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs to come on your vacation but we ask you please let us know as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.

    Your host is Gareth and your hospitality manager is Perry. Steve, Gareth's father helps with guest needs on occasion.

    Located in the LUMBERYARD ARTS DISTRICT (one of the oldest Brevard neighborhoods), this charming historic home was lovingly restored and updated in 2009 by Parker Platt a leading local architect. It features 10-ft ceilings, abundant light through large windows and doors, elegant trim and molding details and great maple floors. Check-in was easy.House - beautiful bungalow, equipped with all comforts of home. Fenced in yard for pooches and walkable to downtown. The neighborhood was great with local businesses within a block. Highly recommend.

Had everything we needed and was super clean. The landscaping was beautiful and the home was very inviting. Excellent location with walkable food and breweries! We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

This historic site was impecable, beautifully remodeled and extraordinarily well equiped and purrfect for a pet. The host was always available to offer help. The location is central to all resorces. We'll unquestionably return.

Not enough superlatives

I, my husband and my basset hound loved our stay at the red bungalow. It had everything we need and more. We were able to cook all of our dinners in the beautiful kitchen. The location is great for accessing beautiful hiking trails and grabbing a beer at a local brewery afterward. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Great house right in the center of Brevard. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops, breweries, coffe shops. 5-10 minute drive to numerous hiking and biking trails. Very comfortable, well furnished, great condition. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend - looks just as good as, if not better than, the pictures.

Cozy and Quaint

Our stay was wonderful! The little red bungalow was cozy and quaint with beautiful art and fire place. We were close to DuPont Forest for hiking and within walking distance of downtown Brevard. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Little Red Bungalow

We loved our stay at this lovely bungalow in downtown Brevard. It was nicely updated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions we may have had. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Above Outstanding!

My wife, our rescue dog Bear, and I had an wonderful stay at the Red Bungalow Brevard. The house is extremely charming, very comfortable, and the location to Brevard College, downtown, the Mill Arts district, and local hikes couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
