Deluxe Downtown Bungalow - fenced in yard, pet friendly.

  • A true Brevard downtown locals luxury experience. This beautiful home sits in the vibrant heart of the lumber yard arts district and sleeps seven-plus in two bedrooms. Enjoy two full luxury baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large dining room, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fenced-in yard for pets, and ample parking. It is a short walk or ride to EVERYTHING BREVARD...great restaurants, unique shopping, local arts and music, and breweries, and an easy drive to waterfalls, hikes, biking, fishing, and more.

    This is a pet friendly home. The front yard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs to come on your vacation but we ask you please let us know as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.

    Your host is Gareth and your hospitality manager is Perry. Steve, Gareth's father helps with guest needs on occasion.

    Located in the LUMBERYARD ARTS DISTRICT (one of the oldest Brevard neighborhoods), this charming historic home was lovingly restored and updated in 2009 by Parker Platt a leading local architect. It features 10-ft ceilings, abundant light through large windows and doors, elegant trim and molding details and great maple floors. Absolute fantastic, charming and very clean home. So much attention to detail and everything felt peaceful the entire stay. Highly recommend, host (Gareth) was responsive to all inquiries and the location is excellent. Our pups loved having a mature, fenced yard as well. You won’t regret booking here.

We can’t wait to return to The Red Bungalow! House is as charming as it appears in photos. So comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s also in a great location, walkable to downtown Brevard’s shops and restaurants and also just down the street to the bike trail. Also 5 minute drive to Brevard Music Center where we enjoyed an afternoon concert. Can’t recommend this place more!

This was undoubtedly the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in. It was clean, well apportioned, comfortable and in a great location. Gareth was quick to answer questions and was polite and courteous. I'll definitely be staying there again!

Great cottage style home with a fantastic primary suite. Loved the front porch and the kitchen was amazing. An easy walk to downtown and the Lumber District. Even saw a few white squirrels while out on the front porch :).

The Red Bungalow was a great place to spend a few days or more in Brevard. The open floor plan was inviting and the kitchen was very roomy and perfect to cook and serve a meal if necessary. The bathrooms were both modern and spacious as well as the bedrooms.

The Red Bungalow is an excellent choice when staying in Brevard. The hosts are extremely responsive; the location is great, walkable to both downtown and the lumberyard (do yourself a favor and get coffee/ice cream from the airstream located just up the street in "The Yard"); and the place is spacious, really well-stocked, and absolutely immaculate. The only thing that could have made it better, and this is just personal preference, is a slightly less firm mattress. Still, this home is wonderful.

Had everything we needed and was super clean. The landscaping was beautiful and the home was very inviting. Excellent location with walkable food and breweries! We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Check-in was easy.House - beautiful bungalow, equipped with all comforts of home. Fenced in yard for pooches and walkable to downtown. The neighborhood was great with local businesses within a block. Highly recommend.

Perfect - house and location.

Beautiful, well appointed home within walking distance to all the great restaurants. Quiet yard - great to unwind or use as a base of operations for biking and hiking.
