Very comfortable cabin great for a reunion. Plenty of hangout spaces (living room, deck, sun room, fire pit; sleeping capacity, and room to explore outside. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Leaky roof ruined our Easter fun. PM responded but no action taken. No water pressure in kitchen at times. We could not run water in more than 1 location at a time. There are instructions in the property manual on turning a bypass valve when this happened, the valve would not turn in. I did not want to break the plastic handle off. The fact that there are instructions in the property manual for low water pressure tells you the overall condition of the property is poor and more investment needs to be made for basic water, electric and HVAC. Fallen trees everywhere around the property from the hurricane that happened a year and a half ago. Treacherous drive in with a switch back turn that you must be extremely careful not to go off the side of the bank on the driveway.In summary; Ricky roof for the pool table was that for the kids fun on Easter. Low water pressure creating an issue for showers and other activities. Treacherous driveway.

Good location 20 mins from Brevard. Ideal for low maintenance groups. Good amenities - pool table, hot tub, porches. Plenty of room and beds for a group.Suggestions:Kitchen needs a refresh and needs to be organized. We would not find a cheese grater. Several pots were rusty. Cutting boards are plastic and need to be thrown away. Non stick pans are past their life. No olive oil. IMHO kitchens need to be ready for groups to cook, especially when so far from restaurants. Some of the bath towels smelled musty. The fire alarm went off when we started the gas fireplace - the basement room reeked of gas...scary! Listing indicated acreage but we could not find a trail? Avant Stay recommended Asheville restaurants but nothing about Brevard or Rosman.

Family Getaway

Good location, Easy check in process and everyone loved the game room but the listing says 4 bedrooms and it’s really two private bedrooms and open areas with beds for other guest. We had a good time and no major issues. The bathroom and kitchen need some updating. The price is now half of what we paid for the same time period which is more in line with what we saw. It is a good value at the current pricing. It’s a beautiful place in a good location just needs some updating.

Very Nice Cabin

Well equipped kitchen. As anyone who has stayed at multiple cabins can attest a comfortable bed can make the difference between and good stay and a bad stay. Very comfortable master bed. Spacious and well thought out amenities. Only downside is the driveway to the cabin is a shared driveway and the neighbors are the curious sort. As an aside to the owners there is a carpenter bee problem.

Reunion trip

This house is lovely! We loved how secluded and peaceful it was and the rain on the tin roof was perfect. Everything in the home was clean and we were provided with everything a group would need (extra tables, chairs, towels, etc.) They have a pest control person come out every month so we didn’t see too many critters despite its rural location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet, beautiful, spacious, and convenient

Perfect for multiple families. The downstairs living area and 2 joint sleeping areas were very comfy and quiet. Couldn't even hear excited kids playing on the next level up. Spacious hang out areas were great. Pictures made me think cabin would be in a field, but it was actually nestled in beautiful wooded mountain landscape. Great location for hiking to waterfalls. We hope to stay here again.

Love love LOVE!!

Highly impressed with this cabin. If you are wanting a good getaway with your family or loved ones this is the place! Everything we needed & more. Really reasonably priced also! None of us wanted to leave. Definitely will book again in the future. Hoping to become regular visitors of this cabin! Plus the departure process was super easy.

Great stay - perfect for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Property had everything you’d need for a long weekend with friends. Loved how stocked the kitchen was with utensils. Get a big group together and either chill at the cabin all day playing pool and lounging in the hot tub, or there are dozens of hikes, river activities, and golfing within an hour of the property

Perfect for a private getaway

This property was well-kept, spacious, and large enough to explore. We have family of 5, plus our dog, and we all could spread our and have our own space during our stay. Full kitchen and grill allowed me to cook all our meals with ease. We used the fire pit outside and the hot tub was a hit. I walked up and down the drive for my morning cardio and it was a good workout. We would definitely choose this place again.
