    Enjoy the luxury of being slopeside at our beautiful, 3-story condo at the base of Pleasant Mountain less than 30 minutes from the White Mountains area!

    Gorgeous views of the mountain from the living room and master bedroom. Sit by the cozy stone fireplace and have a front row seat to watch skiers on the slope right outside your window.

    When the ski day is done, it's a short walk to the lodge next door for Apres Ski at Blizzards!

    Sleeps 10 comfortably. Perfect for two families to share.

    The layout is as follows:

    1st Floor - Queen sized bed, bunk bed, couch, loveseat, tv, air hockey table and 3/4 bath.

    2nd Floor - Spacious, open area with gas powered stone fireplace, 2 decks, living room area with large screen tv, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and 1/2 bath.

    3rd Floor - 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin bed and bunk bed (bottom bunk opens to double size futon bed). Bedroom 2 faces the mountain and has queen bed, twin bed and deck. Also full bath on this floor and washer/dryer.

    Other amenities include:
    Reserved parking for 2 cars at the door with additional parking available

    This condo is the perfect getaway in any season and for any reason! Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts (think biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking) and shoppers alike (North Conway, NH with its outlet shopping is less than a 30 minute drive away!)

    Fall is beautiful when the leaves turn vibrant colors which will be best viewed at the top of Mount Washington which you can travel to via the Auto Road.

    The kids will love a visit to nearby Storyland in Glenn, NH.

    If antiquing is your thing, downtown Bridgton boasts several antique shops to explore.

Great Stay~

We had a great time staying at this lovely property with everything we needed. We were two families (4 kids, and 4 adults) and we loved having the kids stay downstairs with their own space. Would stay again.

Very nice place to stay in the Bridgton area

Ski in ski out spacious condo

Jennifer’s place is perfect for our group- unbeatable location to the slopes, spacious rooms for two families of four to spread our legs, nice touches throughout the condo, and we really had a wonderful time staying here for our annual ski trip! Can’t wait to come back next time and we will 100% recommend this to people!

Wonderful Time

Great Ski Weekend. Condo is in a great location for ski in ski out. Also, condo has lots of room and is great for kids - lots of fun games to play. We had a nice family weekend!

This is the second year we have stayed here to enjoy a family reunion. It is very close to family, very quiet and it just feels like home. Met the same neighbor as last year. friendly neighborhood.

Great for family vacation

The condo was quiet, comfortable and worked well for a family with 3 generations. Everything we needed was well supplied. The location was convenient to our needs. The air conditioning was great during some hot and humid weather. Jennifer was quickly responsive to a question from us and maintains a home-like property.

Great Family Ski Trip

The house was just as advertised and very clean. The keybox to check into the property was tricky to figure out at first. Jennifer's communication about house rules was clear and complete. The only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable.

very roomy!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. We were visiting in town for a family reunion, and it was so nice to stay so close to family and have a clean place to rest at the end of the day. It was very clean and all needed amenities. While we didn't have the time to use them, there was a plethora of games like Pictionary or Scattegories and many movies for a rainy day. We had great weather so we were at the lake all day. There was plenty of kitchen items including a fridge with a water filter which was convenient. We were also pleased with how quickly the air conditioners in the rooms cooled down the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not waste your money on this unit

Do not waste your money on this unit. We have stayed in units in the same complex over six times and was surprised that this unit was nothing like the others. The beds are so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving a night early. We had to make the beds when we arrived. There was no soap for the showers. Towel bars were broken in the bathroom on the master level. The lower level smelled musty. Definitely not the homey feeling that we’re used to in the other units. We had no response from the owner when we did contact her.

Convenient get away

Condo was comfortable and centrally located for the weekend get away. The weather was a bit warmer than expected, but it cooled off at night and the fans were effective.

Well appointed ski in/ski out condo

This condo was perfect for two families to share. Located right on the trail at Shawnee Peak made it easy for adults and kids to ski in and out. The sleeping space on the first entry floor was perfect for the older kids and there is plenty of room in the main floor to hang out and eat together.

Wonderful Place to stay

Very comfortable and place to stay while visiting the Bridgton/North Conway area. The house was very clean and everything promised was there. Directions for use and access were simple and easy to follow. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and would do so again happily. Thank you!
