“The room was good but bathroom plugs etc needed repair. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to ask for water to be delivered to room. The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten. “Ben was a great and helpful host. The property generally was lovely but some of the sheets had stains on them and did not look like they were cleaned properly. One of the pull out sofa beds also seemed broken and would not come out properly.Nevertheless, was a great stay and felt comfortable.”
