“The house is great and in a fab location However the strong smell of cigarette smoke especially in the ground floor was overwhelming.It seems to come from the smokers outside the very very noisy pub opposite and the restaurant out the back.The property was perfect and this was the only thing to let it down”

“House is massive, brilliant for the amount of people you want to stay. Host is quick to respond. Did find some old food in cupboards and appliances but nothing too major! ”

“We stayed here for my hen do. All I can say is that it was amazing! Everyone loved it, it was so clean, the beds were SO comfy! We had towels left for us. The layout was lovely, none of us could fault it. If I was coming back to Brighton with a large group again, I would definitely see if this was available. I’ve already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay If I had to suggest one tiny thing, I would be a new shower head in the big bathroom, but it didn’t change my opinion...

“This house was cute, clean and well equipped with amenities. Many details were well thought out. I appreciated the well designed little kitchen with its nice quality appliances. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. We were able to walk to the fun vintage shops in a few minutes and the beach is also easily within walking distance. I would highly recommend this cute property. ”
