“Easy walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. There’s a wonderful play park nearby and buses were an easy way for avoiding the return walk for a tired toddler. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms was useful so no one had to wait for a shower. Both showers good and very well cleaned. Thank you for providing soap and cleaning products . Plenty of TVs to suit everyone. Host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a great time.”

“Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. “We loved the location, size and style of the flat. There was ample bedding, towels and everyone seemed to get a good night’s sleep. The sizeable dining table was really useful. The bar downstairs can get a bit noisy but it didn’t affect us as we went out in the evenings and it was closed when we got back.It was a little rough around the edges, one of the bedroom blinds fell down, the bathroom lights stopped working and lots of the other light switches didn’t seem to do anything. “We stayed here for my hen do. All I can say is that it was amazing! Everyone loved it, it was so clean, the beds were SO comfy! We had towels left for us. The layout was lovely, none of us could fault it. If I was coming back to Brighton with a large group again, I would definitely see if this was available. I’ve already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay If I had to suggest one tiny thing, I would be a new shower head in the big bathroom, but it didn’t change my opinion...

“Schönes großes Haus, direkt an der Straße mit tollem freiem Blick auf das Meer; Haltestelle direkt am Haus, so dass man problemlos nach Brighton oder Eastbourne kommt. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Zugang zur hinteren Terrasse und ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Meer. Im ersten Stock sind drei große Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr gut.”
