“A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout.”

On a number of occasions I have been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the rest of my colleagues. When I queried this at check in, I was advised there were no other rooms available.
