“Terrible servicio. Habitaciones muy sucias, toallas sucias, insectos muertos, muebles sucios, sin servicio de limpieza, lavabo tapado, las fotos no corresponden a los cuartoS, pero lo peor, la actitud arrogante de Richard Robbins, el gerente, que claramente nos discriminó ”

“This is wonderful property very convenient to Bristol airport (so on the flight path, some flight noise in the morning). Beautiful building on a gorgeous property. Staff were friendly (well most of them) The room was nicely laid out, bed comfortable, great pillows & bedding. Breakfast was amazing! ”

“Great new hotel just opened but a couple of no small issues. There is no sign of the hotel outside the building, so we had to go up and down the street to find it. There's only a sign for the restaurant but not for the hotel, we wasted 10 minutes under the rain until we realised. When we pointed this to the guy at reception, his response was that "unfortunately, there's no sign". Thank you very much. Fortunately you could put one, I'm sure it wouldn't cost that much. “Excellent stay, as all Daniel thwaites brand hotels usually are... Great food, great rooms, really comfortable, great hotel layout, milk and water dispensers in the hallway, which are genius idea, really make the difference for an avid tea/coffee drinker... Spa, gym, pool facilities are fabulous, very relaxing and well kept. Staff were lovely as usual, they pick good people. Only thing I'd complain about is having to pay for parking, which I didn't expect... But it was only a fiver per night...

“We stayed here for our anniversary. We booked a garden suite where we could park outside and had a little court yard area with chairs to enjoy the summer sun. we had access to the gym and pool, steam room and sauna which was a lovely way to end our day. The staff were helpful and happy to help when we had any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we were in the area ”
