The main floor offers a full kitchen, two full baths, a cozy living area, master bedroom (queen bed) with youth room (twin bed) off the MBR, and laundry room. Upstairs, two bedrooms with three twin beds in each bedroom provide restful retreats after a day on the water or trails.

Whether you're stepping out in waders to fish the South Holston’s wild brown and rainbow trout, or lacing up boots for a hike along scenic river trails and nearby Appalachian Trail access points, your adventure begins just outside the door.

In the evening, unwind by the outdoor firepit or enjoy the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace.
