“Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. “The cabin was nice and well equipped but the driveway was impossible to get up. Not sure we would have been able to get up the driveway in better circumstances, but it was a complete sheet of ice and one person in our party got stuck halfway up in a jeep. We had to park at the bottom on a sheet of ice, which someone slipped on, and bring our stuff up the 5 mins hike it took (I timed it) with our luggage. This should have been communicated before our stay, but it was not.”
