✓ Pool heat is optional ($75/day) and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance for the full stay
✓Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
✓ Pool temperature depends on weather and may be limited during colder temps
✓ Pet fee applies ($45 per pet per stay); we just ask no pets on furniture and to clean up after them
✓ The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ Parking: plenty of space and can also accommodate boats and trailers.
✓Fireplaces (indoor &outdoor): available for use from October 1 – March 31.
