Sadly disappointed with our stay. The pictures of the rental on VRBO looked amazing. The booking said the rental was on a gravel road but really 4 miles of dirt/red clay and the last mile was gravel. When we arrived at the rental we were disappointed with how dirty the pool was. Deflated pool toys laying around the pool, dirt in the pool, and the concrete around the pool was covered in leaves, dirt, bird poop and cigarette butts. All the outdoor furniture was dirty and not in good condition. The fire pit was broken and in bad shape. Both decks were dirty also. There was also a pair of men’s underwear lying in the driveway. The house itself was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The house was fairly clean ( hair on the shower walls from previous guests and dead bugs on the floors). I had little to no cellphone signal and the Wi-Fi only worked in the downstairs part of the house. I contacted Treeline Rentals with the provided number about the condition of the pool and outside of the house. It was very hard to communicate with them due to the lack of cellphone signal. They said they would get with maintenance team and get back with me. They did not respond until the next day and said that someone would be coming within the day to clean the pool and outdoor seating areas. We finally got to get in the pool that afternoon. It stormed that night and littered the pool again with leaves, tree branches and dirt. We barely got to use the pool during our 3 day stay.
