“The property was a little hard to find for us because we came up at night. But that was our own fault. Overall it was very pleasant to be able to spend the night here. I came here for my birthday night before making another long haul drive and I felt very relaxed before the long drive we took. The property manager answered my messages on here very quickly. “The place was ideal for myself and 4 friends. We were amazed at the view and sound of the ocean from the house. It was a comfortable house. We enjoyed the patio area every morning with our coffee. However we did have to go buy cooking oil, and salt for the kitchen but everything else we needed was available. We also bought cleaner and cleaned the scum off the bathtub and noticed dust bunnies and candy wrappers under at least one bed.Overall we loved the ocean view and location of the property....

“Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. “This is a beautiful house with a great view! Even though the neighborhood felt secluded (which we loved), it's still within walking distance of Whaleshead Beach if you cross the highway, and just a few minutes' drive from other beaches, trails, and town. Bonus: it's less than an hour from the Redwoods state and national parks. The host was communicative and answered my questions promptly, and the instructions for checking in/out were clear and easy. We will definitely be staying here again!”
