“Perfect location, beautiful dock leading down to the water, clean, had everything we needed. Very relaxing!”

“Beautiful cottage in a cute location! We loved the character of the loft and the loft window was great for sunrise and set! Would 100% stay here again. ”

“Barbara and Les have a beautiful property that they graciously share with renters and pets alike. We enjoyed every part of our stay - from accomodations and location- to wildlife and wonderful conversations! We enjoyed seeing all the animals of the estuary- birds, seals, otters and more!My husband enjoyed fishing, while the pups and I enjoyed the dock! They are well appointed for water sports with many kayaks to choose from as well! This property is a true gem! Any place we can visit and have...

“Everything was great but at this price the expectation is better and clearer coffee pot and softer toilet tissue. Three large king beds were excellent, better than expected. Bath towels also were excellent size and quality. We knew and we're able to manage with only one and half bath but if you have more people staying at the property, then only one shower may delay in every body getting ready.”

“It was a great location for our multi-generational family vacation-- a short car ride to the Hull Cove Visitor Center in Acadia National Park. The street was a quiet private road. Our granddaughters and grand-dog had room to romp and play. Well stocked, well maintained and tastefully appointed.Everything about the home was perfect for us!”

“Excellent property just minutes from the quiet side of Acadia. Property was very clean, instructions were very clear, communication was excellent, beds were very comfortable and clean, everything was in good working order, and the house is adorable. There were many nice things about this house and we would absolutely stay again if back in the area! A couple of things to know is that the half bath is in a bedroom upstairs, which isn’t the most convenient if you have a lot of people needing to...

“Such a cute house! Very clean and dog friendly. Very close to downtown Southwest Harbor (very convenient if you’re considering the MDI marathon in the future) and not a far drive to Bar Harbor if you’re interested in that! I had some technical issues with the Vrbo app so had to reach the host via phone. She was extremely responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.”
