The Studio was just beautiful. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast provisions were extremely generous including fresh eggs from their chickens, there was a coffee machine with pods provided. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner whilst the fireplace was already prepared with all the wood so all we needed to do was light it. The communication with the owner was fantastic- Elizabeth was so responsive and did all to accommodate our needs whilst there was a vase with fresh roses on the table when we arrived. All the beautiful touches and inclusions made this an amazing stay whilst the area was lovely. We would definitely come back and recommend this stay for all couples for sure! Thank you Elizabeth for such a wonderful stay!

Loved everything about this place. Beautiful and quiet location, so organised and clean, fantastic breakfast provisions including fresh eggs from the chickens onsite. Thoughtful notes on how to use everything. We only wish we had more time.

The breakfast was excellent, very healthy choices. Nothing beats fresh eggs. The cabin was extremely comfortable and very private. Would recommend staying there to my family and friends.

A truly wonderful place to relax and appreciate nature. This is a real bush experience less than 8 minutes away from Berry. This is my third time stay and we will be back again.

Hosts have been very thoughtful with everything in the property. From provisions for breakfast, fire being laid, wet weather towels to tips and suggestions. The property also has everything you need and was a perfect, cozy, warm, winter getaway.Would happily stay again.

Broughton Studio was a lovely, cosy haven with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Doug and Elizabeth had thought of everything we might need with the fire set ready for us to light when we arrived. Communication was excellent. Would whole heartedly recommend.

An amazing stay

This was such an amazing property to stay at. We loved the beautiful garden, chickens, gorgeous little studio and fireplace. It was so cosy and super clean. The hosts Doug and Liz were so lovely too. Would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful and cosy!

My partner and myself loved our little weekend getaway at Liz and Dougs' - the roaring fireplace upon our arrival was a lovely touch, as well as the complimentary breakfast (nothing beats fresh eggs from the coop!). We'd love to visit again :)

Really liked the out of the way location down the back roads. A well layed out large room with a comfy bed, fireplace that heats the room very well and the well-spaced kitchenette. The bathroom was a tad cool in winter though, but a generous hot shower overcomes that.

A return stay for me

This property is very comfortable, meticulously maintained and private. About 5 minutes out of Berry, the Studio is tucked away on hectares of lush lawns, ponds and beautiful trees. Doug and Liz are excellent hosts. Thanks

An exceptional retreat!

Broughton Studio is a wonderful retreat complete with a fabulous mahogony and leather desk for those who need working space. The studio was immaculate, private, and extremely well appointed. The addition of breakfast was a lovely treat and the hosts were extremely welcoming. One of the best places I have rented for a short stay and I hope to return again to Broughton Studio.

Perfect

What a great find as a base to spend a few days in this gorgeous area. The Studio is clean, incredibly well appointed & in a perfectly picturesque & quiet location only a short distance from Berry. Liz & Doug were excellent to communicate with & privacy was a main feature. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Comfortable and quiet haven

Great escape from the rat race. Generously appointed and spacious room for a couple, we had a lovely quiet weekend. Beautiful property in a beautiful part of the world. Cant wait to return.

Cosy solitude

This lovely studio had everything I could need - a range of teas, instant, ground & pod coffee, selection of breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, bacon, local bread & eggs from the owner's farm, chocolates, milk & fruit juice! A very comfortable bed with extra doona supplied, a full laundry & modern bathroom with heated towel rails. Well-stocked kitchen. It was beautifully decorated with a large comfy sofa. Lots of reading material & smart tv with Netflix. Could happily stay in the accommodation without venturing out much. 5 minutes to town on well-paved roads with access to good cafes. Room to roam on the farm's 5 acres. Lovely hosts, Liz & Doug, who were welcoming but respecting of privacy. Would be great in the colder months too with a fireplace. No negatives at all. Will be back when I can.
