“Pictures and reality are different. This was fraud. They charge almost same as five star hotel down the road and the place is a roach motel at best. It took the guy a while to even find out reservation and he had no idea what Expedia is. He kept asking for some voucher. This is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at.”

“Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....

“The stay was average at best. The buffet breakfast is topped up at around 7:15AM and neglected thereafter. The staff at the restaurant is least bothered and there’s no option of having fresh breakfast made for you despite your willingness to pay. I booked the hotel looking at the reviews about the food. Unfortunately, I completely disagree. It was below average at best. Room service/ cleaning was another major let down. The soap dispenser was topped up just enough for a couple of uses. The towel...

“We arrive say this Hotel after flying all night from Manila. The surrounding areas weee dirty . Furthermore they said that they don’t have any confirmation from expedia so they had no room for us . Not sure who screwed this up but overall a very lousy experience. I didn't get to see the-rooms so I really can’t comment on the hotel quality. When i spoke with the hotel yhey said they don’t deal with Expedia . ”

“Water was not available in bathroom in this hotel. First time in my life i checked out from a hotel without bath”

“Dirty room especially the bathroom. I requested housekeeping, they sent a young male/boy with a wooden broomstick, a dirty cloth floor mop to do the cleaning. I asked this young male/boy if he has proper cleaning/disinfectant supplies for the bathroom, he showed me an old water bottle inside it is a blue liquid. That’s all he got. ”
