We took a luxury suite, which was spacious, private & had a great sight view from the balcony. Facilities are limited to a spa & indoor sports (no swimming pool or gardens) but they do try and organize small activities like stargazing, folk dance to keep one engaged. “The stay was average at best. The buffet breakfast is topped up at around 7:15AM and neglected thereafter. The staff at the restaurant is least bothered and there’s no option of having fresh breakfast made for you despite your willingness to pay. I booked the hotel looking at the reviews about the food. Unfortunately, I completely disagree. It was below average at best. Room service/ cleaning was another major let down. The soap dispenser was topped up just enough for a couple of uses. The towel...

“They didn't allow me to stay there They said we don't have a provision of letting out a room We rent out whole farm house I was wondering why its available than Expedia I may be given refund In emergency I had to pay 3 times thr regular price ”

“We arrive say this Hotel after flying all night from Manila. The surrounding areas weee dirty . Furthermore they said that they don’t have any confirmation from expedia so they had no room for us . Not sure who screwed this up but overall a very lousy experience. I didn't get to see the-rooms so I really can’t comment on the hotel quality. When i spoke with the hotel yhey said they don’t deal with Expedia . ”

“Dirty room especially the bathroom. I requested housekeeping, they sent a young male/boy with a wooden broomstick, a dirty cloth floor mop to do the cleaning. I asked this young male/boy if he has proper cleaning/disinfectant supplies for the bathroom, he showed me an old water bottle inside it is a blue liquid. That’s all he got. ”
